All Incorporated Associations must use the P&C Federation Prescribed Constitution. This Constitution cannot be altered or amended. The P&C Federation supply model only Rules or By-law documents which may be altered, by majority vote at a general meeting, to suit particular requirements. These rules or by-laws may not negate or conflict with the endorsed Constitution.
