NSW EARTH HOUR SUSTAINABILITY SUMMIT
20 Concord High students attended a two day youth sustainability summit in Potts Point on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th March. Our school was the only government school to attend this summit. The students heard from inspirational speakers, learned about climate change, met other young change makers and built skills to run sustainability campaigns here at school and within their local community. Concord high is one of two schools attending the Earth Hour Sustainability Summit through City of Canada Bay Council, as part of our participation, 4 of our students, Grace Kiefer, Rozell Hammou, Hanna Kozik and Isabella Falanga are keeping video diaries of their time on the summit and Canada bay will share them on all their social platforms. So far they are up on YouTube, links below.
