Concord High School has a strong focus on building student leadership and engagement in roles that develop respectful and responsible members of the community. Our school has a strong belief that leadership cannot be solely defined by one's ability to uphold a representative title or badge. The essence of leadership that we impart on our students is one that is established on genuine qualities of kindness, empathy and resilience. We do not expect our students to fulfil these qualities on their own. We believe becoming a leader is an ongoing process developed with the help and support of a strong leadership team. It is within this foundation that Concord High School elects a student leadership body of 14 individuals from Year 12 to not only consider new school initiatives, but also to guide and mentor younger students. This is the key objective of our newly appointed 2018 - 2019 leadership team, which consists of:

Their contributions play a vital role in building a strong and effective leadership team at Concord High School. The Head Teacher of Secondary Studies and Prefect Coordinator work to ensure that they are guided along the way to achieve their goals and ambitions.
